Our Services

Gym-Tots

This program introduces boys and girls, 3-4 years old to the sport of gymnastics. For many children, this may be their first experience with group instruction. Simple stretching exercises, basic tumbling and beginning skills on the balance beam and bars are taught in a colorful, safe environment. Apparatus in our Mini-Gym is especially designed for younger students. Children will begin to develop strength and coordination, as well as self-confidence and body awareness. And of course, they have fun!

Children must be potty trained. Parents, siblings or visitors are not permitted in the room with the children during class.

Gym-Kids

This program for 5 year olds continues to focus on basic skills in tumbling and on bars and balance beam as well as preparation for vaulting. Additional emphasis is placed on those gross motor skills and activities that aid in the continued development of coordination, self-confidence and body awareness. Held in our Mini-Gym, the apparatus is especially designed for younger students. Behavior, following directions and learning to get along with other students play an important part in these classes.

Parents, siblings or visitors are not permitted in the room with the children during class.

Beginner

Girls, 6 years old and up move into our Main Gym with regulation size apparatus. They continue to work on the four events that make up the womens gymnastics program: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor (tumbling). Students will develop confidence, flexibility, strength and body awareness as well as self-discipline, patience and respect for oneself and others.

Parents, siblings or visitors are not permitted in the gym with girls during class.
